The staff assisted with early check-in, it was appreciated after a long trip. i found the luggage storage useful. The staff ensured security by verifying tag receipts and requesting a detailed description of each item. the location was great with easy access to public transport and local restaurants. the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.
the initial room had an electrical fault, necessitating a change.

The staff demonstrated a friendly, eager attitude and were always ready to assist. when i needed to add another guest, the staff promptly upgraded our room. They explained the additional available features too. it was perfect, everyone was happy.

The bathroom was not very clean. The shower needed a scrub to remove mold. Check-in took half an hour, and the staff did not mention the pool or restaurant hours. More hospitality is expected.
